Overview

Autumn in Hunza Valley is a mesmerizing time when the landscape bursts into vibrant hues. The apricot, apple, mulberry, pear, peach, poplar, and other trees, laden with golden, orange, and red leaves, create a stunning contrast against the snow-capped peaks. Traveling along the Karakorum Highway, especially from Gilgit to upper Hunza and Hoper Valley, is an awe-inspiring experience. During peak autumn, the Hunza and Nagar Valleys resemble a picturesque oasis. Terraced fields, orchards, traditional settings, snow-covered mountains, clear skies, and turquoise rivers blend to create a breathtaking palette of natural colors.
